Fall25 | Volume 2

A Note From Our Founder
As we close out the third quarter of 2025, EDS operations stand firm against hurricane threats and the onset of early winter. Readiness is a constant in emergency management and logistics operations. Our team keeps equipment staged and crews sharp, prepared to roll at a moment’s notice.
This quarter we’ve pushed forward on several fronts. We launched our Debris and Environmental Division, broke ground on the expansion of our Service Center, invested in new J-Pac units for strengthened mobile lodging, and secured military contracting to support expeditionary logistics globally. These milestones encompass long-term goals for EDS and are a commitment to the partners and communities who count on us when it matters most.
Thank you for continuing to trust us in the field. It’s what drives us to be on top of our game at every stage of logistics support.
Stay Safe,
Jerry Lundergan
Founder | CEO

Expanding Capabilities
To meet sustainability goals across the U.S., our new Debris and Environmental Division delivers a single-source solution for full-service debris management, waterway clearance, and environmental protection. After assessing a project’s needs, we customize a plan from a wide range of equipment and vehicles to safely collect, transport, and remove non-hazardous and hazardous waste. Our approach conserves resources, reduces pollution, and prevents contamination, ensuring effective recovery operations at scale. Learn more about our Debris Management services here.
Construction continues at our Welcome Center in Maysville, KY. Designed as a dedicated hub for clients, employees, and partners, the center will showcase our operational capabilities while providing a space for collaboration and strategic planning. The grand opening is slated for Q1 2026.
Strategic Presence
Leadership & Engagement
We are proud to welcome Jason Fawcett as Vice President of Emergency Management. Jason brings decades of logistics expertise and on-the-ground leadership that will directly strengthen our new environmental initiatives at EDS.
Meanwhile, Matt Daley has been actively traveling throughout the quarter, connecting with utility partners across the country. His work underscores the value of direct engagement in building trust, identifying challenges, and reinforcing readiness.
We recognize Ron Johnson for successfully securing EDS placement on the GSA Schedule, an achievement that broadens our ability to support federal partners and agencies nationwide. With GSA approval, EDS can now deliver turnkey solutions faster and more efficiently by streamlining procurement and contracting.
Ron also successfully secured EDS placement on the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC 2.1 – Territorial Integrity of the United States [TITUS]). This achievement positions EDS to support critical military operations and contingency logistics worldwide. Under WEXMAC 2.1, EDS will provide base operations and life support services, contingency logistics and rapid response planning, and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.
When the call comes, EDS stands ready to deliver 72-hour response capabilities, with rapid integration of contracted services across theater-setting, sustainment, and stability operations.
Equipment Update
New J-Pac Sleepers
We have expanded our fleet to include J-Pac Mobile Sleeper units, our most advanced configuration to date. Built for durability, privacy, and comfort, these units encompass 14 private rooms with a bed, independent climate control capabilities, and ample room for storage.
New I-Line Panels
We’ve invested in several I-Line panels to strengthen our equipment inventory. These 208/ 3-phase distribution panels connect generators to mission-essential assets such as sleeper trailers, laundry trailers, and HVAC units.
With this asset acquisition, EDS continues to strengthen our ability to deploy basecamps faster and with complete independence. For our partners, it means greater reliability, fewer delays, cost savings, and the assurance that with one phone call, our team delivers every piece of equipment needed to keep operations running.
Looking Ahead
The emergency logistics landscape continues to change and develop. EDS will continue to remain on the front lines, delivering the latest equipment, pre-set pricing, and an unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Our mission is simple: to provide decisive solutions to our clients’ challenges at any week, any day, and any hour.
