Partitioned Housing
Our partitioned temporary housing solutions achieve 100-square feet of dedicated space per person with a soft-wall partition system. If needed, this space can also be outfitted with heavy-duty industrial cots and sleeping gear. Depending on the complexity of your needs, most units can be installed and prepared to a client-ready standard within 24-48 hours. Additional services such as support equipment, flooring, and HVAC are also available.
36-42 PAC Sleeper Units
Our 36-42 PAC units hold up to 42 crew members and feature 53' trailers equipped with securely mounted triple bunk beds. Designed for comfort and durability, each bunk is outfitted with: Secure Storage Lockers, Shelving Units, Personal Lighting, Privacy Shade, USB and Electrical Connections, and Complete Sleep Kits.
30-PAC Sleeper Units
Our 30-PAC sleeping units are comprised of five individual compartments in a 53’ trailer unit. Each compartment is fully climate-controlled and sleeps six people in a private setting. Each individual unit features the following: Window, Bench, Shelving Units, Personal Lighting, Privacy Shade, USB and Electrical Connections, and Complete Sleep Kits (Additional Fee).
Individual Housing Units (IHU)
Our IHU solutions consist of 53’ trailer units that sleep 8-10 people in a private individual setting. Every unit is climate-controlled to provide maximum comfort and features the following amenities: Secure storage lockers, Shelving units, Personal lighting, USB connection, and Standard 110-volt outlets.
Responder Sleeping Unit (RSU)
Our RSU accommodations provide privacy and self-sufficiency at the highest level, appealing to the need for personal space and comfort. Each 53' trailer houses five individual suites, with every suite featuring fully private amenities, including: Bed, Shower, Restroom, Sink, Television, Refrigerator, and Microwave.
